Can I preview my personalised design before ordering?

If a live preview is available on the product page, it will update as you enter your details. For products without a live preview, the final design will be created using the exact information submitted with your order.

How do I choose the correct size?

Please refer to the size chart available on the product page and compare the measurements with a well-fitting T-shirt you already own. For a relaxed fit, choose one size larger.

Can I change the name or details after placing my order?

Contact us as quickly as possible. Changes may be possible only before production begins. Once a personalised product enters production, the submitted details cannot normally be changed.

How long does production and delivery take?

Personalised products require additional production time before dispatch. The estimated delivery timeline shown at checkout includes both production and shipping time and may vary by location.

Can personalised products be returned or exchanged?
